Shirley Coffey specializes in recruitment for positions in Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Operations Management, and Logistics. Her repeat clients include Fortune 500 firms, as well as mid to small size organizations. Searches and successful placements range from the VP and Director levels to staff level professionals; and are spread throughout a cross section of industrial, financial and service companies. IAN F. BRESLIN, MANAGER: TECHNICAL RECRUITING
Ian Breslin directs the Technical Search and Recruiting efforts for Barton Associates. Ian works closely with Engineering Managers and Human Resources professionals at client companies to determine technical requirements for their open positions. He uses his own knowledge of the market place, his contacts within a wide spectrum of industrial and research organizations, and the resources of the Barton organization to identify well qualified candidates. Ian then assists his clients through the entire process leading to a successful hire of talented individuals. Ian's recent successes include Vice President and Director level searches, as well as searches for Mechanical, Plastics, Packaging, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Aeronautical Engineers and Engineering Managers. His client companies range in size from privately held companies to corporate members of the Fortune 100.

Before joining the Barton team, Ian held Operations and Distribution management positions at two International companies with plant facilities in the Lehigh Valley, and he worked in Sales and Marketing for two national companies. Many of the people with whom he had established a relationship in his earlier career have since become his clients at Barton. Ian's wide range of experience and the management skills acquired in his previous experience have given Ian the ability to analyze and understand a corporation's culture, current talent, and working environment. This, in turn, helps him to identify and place qualified candidates that are a strong corporate fit at his client companies.

Ian holds a BS degree in Business from Kings College (1997) where he was Captain of the varsity football team, was on the deans list, and the recipient of an academic scholarship. In his off hours Ian enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and three children Nolan, Loren and Ethan.
